应用成组技术的可行性分析应用成组技术进行工艺技术改造,必须首先进行可行性分析。我厂进行可行性分析的主要内容如下:一、必要性分析生产类型分析。开关厂目前生产四大系列,37个品种,114种规格产品,根据1984年生产计划计算,零件年平均批量为91件,到本世纪末,预计产品可发展为7大系列,65个品种,176种规格,平均批量会进一步下降。因此,开关厂属典型的多品种中小批量企业。最适宜采用成组技术组织生产。布置方式分析。开关厂是以产品为对象建立车间的,即在车间完成某一产品的全部机械加工、焊接和装配。在车间内,机械加工设备按工艺原则机群式布置的。需要根据成组加工的需要,改进工艺布局。
