随着教育理念的深入改革和推进,安全管理模式在高职高专学生顶管实习过程具有重要价值作用,但是从当前高职高专院校学生管理来看存在着多种弊端问题,在顶岗实习期间依然沿用传统的安全管理模式,学生安全管理队伍的综合素养相对较低等问题越来越严重,影响了高职高专学生顶岗实习安全管理的整体效果,教育部门要引起高度重视,从细节问题抓起对安全管理模式进行深入探究分析,从而创新制定出科学有效的安全管理方案,对高中高专学生实习阶段起到了引导作用,对学生未来的工作和发展奠定了基础条件。本文对高职高专学生顶岗实习安全管理的发展现状和针对性管理模式进行了研究探讨。
With the deepening reform and promotion of educational philosophy, the safety management model plays an important role in the practice of jacking for students in higher vocational colleges. However, there are many problems of drawbacks in current management of higher vocational colleges. During the internship period, the traditional safety management mode is still used, and the comprehensive literacy of student safety management team is more and more serious, which affects the overall effect of post-training safety management for higher vocational students. The education department should pay close attention to this problem. Details of the problem Grab the in-depth exploration and analysis of the safety management mode, so as to create a scientific and effective safety management plan innovatively, play a guiding role in the internship stage of high school and high school students, and lay the foundation for the future work and development of students. This article has carried on the research discussion to the current situation and the targeted management mode of the post-graduate safety management in higher vocational college.
