湖北省宜昌市现有流动党员6900多人。近年来,党员的频繁流《动给教育管理工作带来一系列难题。一是去向难掌握;二是活动难开展;三是管理难落实;四是作用难发挥。相当部分流动党员长期游离于党组织之外,组织观念逐渐淡薄,“两耳不闻窗外事,一心一意去挣钱”,难以发挥先锋模范作
Yichang City, Hubei Province, the existing mobile party more than 6900 people. In recent years, the frequent flow of party members has brought a series of problems to education management. One is hard to grasp where to go; the other is that activities are difficult to carry out; third, management is hard to implement; and the other is that it is hard to play a role. A considerable part of the floating party members have long been separated from the party organizations, and the concept of organization has been gradually weakening. It is difficult to give play to pioneers as examples
