在西方国家,法学院非常重视经济学教学,聘用专职经济学家为法学类专业学生开设经济学课程。国内目前已经有越来越多的高校在法学类专业普遍开设经济学课程,此类课程所传递的经济学知识有助于培养卓越法律人才,且可以为法律人提供认识世界的新视角——“成本—收益”分析。为了解决目前在法学类学生的经济学课堂上存在的一些共性问题,可以采取以下方式:第一,深入了解法学类专业学生对经济学教学的需求;第二,加强教学的针对性;第三,注重采用合理的教学方法。
In western countries, Law School attaches great importance to economics teaching and employs full-time economists to offer economics courses for law students. At present, more and more colleges and universities in our country have generally set up economics courses in law major.
