The French Association of Modern History and the French Society for the Study of History of the United States held a seminar on French and American history in Paris from July 1-3, 1960. Members of the French Organizing Committee include Professor Jean-Baptiste Duroselle, Dr. P. Vigier, and Lucien Genet, secretary of the French Society of Modern History; and the U.S. Committee, including Chairman Peatrice F. Hyslop and Durand Echeverria, G. Fierson and Louis Gottschalk.
