平果铝业公司是一个集矿山开采和氧化铝、电解铝生产于一体的国家特大型铝冶炼联合企业,位于广西百色地区的右江之滨,是我国发展铝工业的重要基地,拥有“中国新兴铝都”、“铝业王子”、“右江明珠”等多项美誉。平果铝业公司按照“新厂新办”的方针和“真抓、实干、严管、争创一流”的企业精神,不断深化企业改革,强化和完善企业各项管理,不断推进科技创新和技术改造,投产仅两年就全面达产达标,主要经济技术指标领先国内同行,并部分达到国际先进水平。1999年,平果铝业公司氧化铝和电解铝已分别达到40万吨和11万吨,工业总产值超过20亿元,上缴税费1.7亿多元,2000年将有较大辐度的提高。 平果铝业公司的迅速崛起对国人产生了极大的吸引力。记者采访经理殷恩生先生的一席对话,揭示了平果铝业公司发履的根本所在。
