随着生产的集成化,社会各行业工作水平及效率持续提高,计量市场不断成熟,且竞争也日趋激烈,而计量机构自身技术服务能力和水平发展相对迟缓与快速增长的不同类型客户需求的矛盾日渐突显,已成为制约企业发展、扩大市场的主要矛盾。本文针对国内计量机构的现状,就计量机构技术服务能力和水平的全面提升,及提高客户满意度的诸项措施展开论述,旨在寻求合理解决计量机构科学发展、提高客户满意度的有效方法。
