中高等职业学校衔接是指按照建设现代职业教育体系的要求,推动中等和高等职业教育协调发展,系统培养适应经济社会发展需要的技能型特别是高端技能型人才。中等职业教育是高中阶段教育的重要组成部分,重点培养技能型人才,发挥基础性作用;高等职业教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,重点培养高端技能型人才,发挥引领作用。构建现代职业教育体系,增强职业教育支撑产业发展的能力,实现职业教育科学发展,中高职衔接是关键。促进中高职协调发展、系统培养高素质技能型人才,本文从两个方面阐述了中高等职业学校衔接中所遇到的问题,最后从三个方面详细阐述了中高等职业学校衔接的创新与发展方式,以供同行商榷。
The connection between higher vocational schools and higher vocational schools means that according to the requirements of building a modern vocational education system, it promotes the coordinated development of secondary and higher vocational education and systematically cultivates skilled, especially high-skilled, professionals who meet the needs of economic and social development. Secondary vocational education is an important part of high school education, focusing on training skilled personnel to play a fundamental role; higher vocational education is an important part of higher education, focusing on training high-end skilled personnel, play a leading role. Constructing a modern vocational education system, enhancing the ability of vocational education to support the development of the industry, and realizing the scientific development of vocational education, the key is to link the higher vocational education with that of higher education. Promote the coordinated development of higher vocational education and systematically train high-quality skilled personnel.This paper elaborates on the problems encountered in the connection between secondary vocational schools and secondary vocational schools in two aspects. Finally, it elaborates in detail the innovation and development of secondary vocational schools in three aspects: Development, for colleagues to discuss.
