快开门式压力容器爆炸事故在压力容器事故中占有较大的比重。因此快开门式压力容器的安全运行关系与人民的生命与财产安全息息相关。本文在对近年来快开门容器爆炸事故统计分析的基础上,对典型快开门式压力容器,包括齿啮式与平启式,进行了爆炸失效原因分析。针对快开门式压力容器爆炸事故的起因,提出了相关的对策与急需研究的课题。相关研究结论可以为该类事故的预防提供参考。
Open door pressure vessel explosion accounted for a larger proportion of pressure vessel accidents. Therefore, the safe operating relationship of the quick-opening pressure vessel is closely related to people’s life and property safety. In this paper, based on the statistical analysis of the explosion accident of the quick-opening container in recent years, the typical quick-open pressure vessels, including the tooth-type and the flat-type, are analyzed. In view of the cause of the explosion accident of the open door type pressure vessel, the related countermeasures and the urgent research topics are put forward. The conclusions of the relevant research can provide reference for the prevention of such accidents.
