目的建立儿童尿液中邻苯二甲酸单丁酯(MBP)、邻苯二甲酸单乙酯(MEP)、邻苯二甲酸(2-乙基己基)单酯(MEHP)的气相色谱-质谱测定法。方法尿液中的被测物经正己烷萃取气相色谱-质谱法检测。以保留时间和选择离子定性,选择特征离子进行定量分析。结果 MBP、MEP在2μg/ml~10μg/ml时、MEHP在0.02μg/ml~0.10μg/ml时,线性关系良好,相关系数(r)≥0.993;MBP、MEP、MEHP的检出限分别为0.101μg/ml、0.0 99μg/ml、9.837 ng/ml。样品加标回收率为78.1%~108.1%,RSD为0.67%~5.43%。结论本法回收率高,操作简单,实用性强,适合于儿童尿液中3种邻苯二甲酸酯代谢产物的检测。
Objective To establish a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method for the determination of MBP, MEP and MEHP in urine of children. law. Methods The urine samples were detected by n-hexane extraction gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. With retention time and selected ion qualitative, select the characteristic ions for quantitative analysis. Results When the concentration of MBP and MEP was between 2μg / ml and 10μg / ml, the linearity of MEHP was between 0.02μg / ml and 0.10μg / ml with the correlation coefficient (r) ≥0.993. The detection limits of MBP, MEP and MEHP were 0.101 μg / ml, 0.099 μg / ml, 9.837 ng / ml. The recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 78.1% to 108.1% with RSDs of 0.67% to 5.43%. Conclusion This method has high recovery rate, simple operation and strong practicability. It is suitable for the detection of three kinds of phthalate metabolites in urine of children.
