我院在开展优生咨询门诊工作中遇见一例罗伯逊15/22易位致习惯性流产,殊为罕见,现报导如下。施××,男、31岁,因结婚三年爱人连继三次自然流产到我院优产咨询门诊求治。婚后数月自觉性欲减退,曾服甲基睾丸素治疗后好转,因爱人流产曾作精液检查,经多次多处检查均报告精子少,有大头精子以及双头精子,畸形精子占10％。本人系内科医师,偶有接触×射线,自幼多病体弱,以消化不良为主。爱人流产第一胎孕45天左右,第二胎孕近60天,第三胎孕近100天,每次流产均无明显诱因。爱人系医务人员,月经史正常。妇科检查
