建堂灌区橡胶坝位于林口县林口镇东北50km的乌斯浑河中下游,是该区的渠首工程。控制灌溉面积0.1万hm~2,现有实灌面积0.08万hm~2。 建堂灌区橡胶坝建于1985年,坝长70m,高1.9m,橡胶坝为单孔,从河内抽水通过机械向坝内强供。坝袋与基础连接采用铆固块铆固。 1991年的特大洪水,使橡胶坝遭严重破坏,1992年进行修复。通过7年的运行管理,笔者认为有以下几项需要改造。 一、原橡胶坝袋一孔70m过长,坝袋充起不均匀,一但漏水需要修补时,需将整个袋中水放空才能补
