目的分析2型糖尿病患者伴不同程度视网膜病变的血脂六项变化。方法选择2型糖尿病患者158例,根据眼底照相、眼底镜或者眼底血管造影结果分为:2型糖尿病无视网膜病变组(NDR)、2型糖尿病伴背景性视网膜病变组(BDR)以及2型糖尿病伴增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变组(PDR)。记录这些2型糖尿病患者的一般临床资料,检测FPG、Hb A1c、CHOL、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、Apo-A1和Apo-B。计量资料的3组间比较采用单因素方差分析。计数资料采用卡方检验。结果 3组2型糖尿病人之间血脂状态代谢分析:CHOL、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、Apo-A1在3组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);PDR组的Apo-B水平高于BDR组及NDR组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025),Apo-B在NDR组和BDR组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Apo-B在2型糖尿病合并增殖性视网膜病变组中显著升高,提示Apo-B在2型糖尿病视网膜病变的发展过程中起到一定的作用。
Objective To analyze six changes of blood lipids in patients with type 2 diabetic retinopathy with different degrees of retinopathy. Methods One hundred and eighty-eight type 2 diabetic patients were selected and classified according to fundus photography, ophthalmoscopy or fundus angiography. Type 2 diabetes mellitus without retinopathy (NDR), type 2 diabetes with background retinopathy (BDR) and type 2 diabetes mellitus With proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR). The general clinical data of these type 2 diabetic patients were recorded and FPG, Hb A1c, CHOL, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, Apo-A1 and Apo-B were detected. Measurement data of the three groups were compared using one-way analysis of variance. Counting data using chi-square test. Results There was no significant difference in blood lipid status between the three groups of type 2 diabetes mellitus (CHOL, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, Apo-A1) The levels of Apo-B in NDR group and BDR group were not significantly different (P> 0.05). Conclusion Apo-B is significantly increased in type 2 diabetic patients with proliferative retinopathy, suggesting that Apo-B plays a role in the development of type 2 diabetic retinopathy.
