革命老区是社区形式的一种,当前,对于老区的研究可以说是十分的稀少,但这并不表明其不重要。相反,老区能否良好发展、怎样发展,已经成为我国构建和谐社会、缩小区域差距、实现共同富裕的先行条件。要让革命老区的经济社会发展能够赶上发达地区,要让老区人民共享改革开放成果,“老区优先”就成了历史发展的必然选择。本文针对“老区优先”这一理论,进行深入的思考。
The old revolutionary base areas are a form of community. At present, the research on the old areas can be said to be very scarce, but this does not mean that it is not important. On the contrary, whether or not the old areas develop well and how they develop has become the first condition for building a harmonious society, narrowing the regional disparity and realizing common prosperity. In order to make the economic and social development in the old revolutionary base areas catch up with the developed areas and let the people in the old areas share the fruits of reform and opening up, the priority of the old areas has become the inevitable choice for the development of history.
