对于施工企业而言,劳务队伍的选择问题是企业信誉以及市场品牌的重要形象因素,同时还是企业加强自身竞争力,长久发展的基本保障。科学化的劳务队伍选择策略,有效的保证了劳务队伍中组成成员的素质,是施工企业在长效久安发展的过程中的必备因素,然而针对劳务队伍的选择并不能够一蹴而就。所以,需要施工企业结合不同的市场环境变化以及税制改革变化来进行不断的调整。基于此,文章通过对“营改增”后施工企业劳务队伍选择问题的探讨与解读,从而推出相关举措将对国家的进步与社会的发展造成一定的影响,以期对我国“营改增”后施工企业劳务队伍选择问题起到一定的帮助与参考作用。
