In order to further improve the national and international on-line search and verification of water conservancy systems in China, the Institute of Information of the Ministry of Water Resources held a series of international and domestic on-line retrieval seminars of water conservancy systems in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province from July 27 to July 29, 1999, , Autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, watershed agencies, tertiary institutions and design institutes attended the meeting. Delegates at the seminar made a presentation on their work experience. Their main experiences are as follows: 1. The unit leaders attach importance to on-line search and check-up work, and give certain funding and policy support. 2. To expand the literature resources to expand search search new channels, the introduction of various
