龙井市委紧紧围绕“五有一创”工作总体要求,加快社区改革发展步伐,以创建服务型基层党组织为目标,不断探索工作思路、转变工作方式、创新工作模式、提升服务水平,全力打造幸福社区。一是调整管理结构,扩大服务面积。按照社区管理“扁平化、网格化、数字化”的原则,成立5个社区党委,每个社区党委均设置1个社区工作总站和1个社区居民议事监督委员会。采取扩大社区服务半径、实施网格化服务和建立“三权分立”等措施,进一步提高了社区服务群众能力水平。
