职业教育是我国教育体系的重要组成部分。近几年来,国家不断加大对高职教育的投入力度,宁夏也不例外,每年为职业教育基础能力建设投入财政经费5000万元,并从2009年开始,每年再增加1000万元。但由于高职院校会计专业实践性教学的不足,造成大量会计专业毕业生不能很快适应我国经济和社会发展中会计岗位的需求。本文将进一步明确会计专业实践性教学目标,提出实现理论知识和社会需求“零”对接的有效措施,以提高学生就业率和就业力。
Vocational education is an important part of our education system. In recent years, the state has continuously increased its investment in higher vocational education. Ningxia is no exception. Each year, it invests 50 million yuan for the basic capacity building of vocational education. From 2009 onwards, it increases another 10 million yuan every year. However, due to the lack of practical teaching of accounting major in higher vocational colleges, a large number of accounting graduates can not quickly adapt to the needs of accounting posts in China’s economic and social development. This article will further clarify the practical teaching objectives of accounting major, put forward effective measures to achieve the theoretical knowledge and social needs “zero ” docking, in order to improve student employment rate and employment power.
