领导者对批评意见一要能听,二要善择。二者缺一都不算是真正善于接受批评。 能听就是对各种批评意见都能虚心听取,这个问题解决不好,所谓善择就是一句空话。怎样才能做到能听呢? 第一,要有“要真理、不要面子”的精神。所谓“面子”,是自尊心和虚荣心的混合物,其中有可以因势利导的积极因素,但也有消极的东西,而其主要的消极作用就表现在不能容纳批评上。其实,真正做到要真理不要面子,往往不会丢面子;只要面子,不要真理,就有可能真理面子
