目的探讨自动喷射式洗涤装置对止血钳的清洁效果,以保证消毒灭菌质量。方法将回收的手术室无菌手术止血钳分别采用单纯多酶清洗剂手工清洗和自动喷射式洗涤装置加入多酶清洗剂自动清洗,比较两组止血钳清洗消毒效果。结果自动喷射式洗涤装置自动清洗组止血钳的隐血阳性率、细菌培养阳性率明显低于单纯多酶清洗剂手工清洗组。结论止血钳应用自动喷射式洗涤装置自动清洗,可保证清洁质量。
Objective To investigate the cleaning effect of hemostatic forceps by automatic jet washing device to ensure the quality of disinfection and sterilization. Methods Aseptic surgical hemostatic forceps in the operating room were cleaned by hand and cleaned by automatic washing device with multi-enzyme detergent. The cleaning effect of two hemostatic forceps was compared. Results The occult blood test positive rate of auto-cleaning group was significantly lower than that of single-enzyme cleaning agent hand-washing group. Conclusion Hemostatic forceps use automatic jet washing device to automatically clean, to ensure clean quality.
