用Hótlling倡导的主成分分析法,(Principal comporient analysis),分析了玉米32个自交系间80个杂交组合的F_1世代.分析性状有株高、穗位高、雄穗分枝数、单株有效穗数、穗长、秃尖长、穗行数、行粒数、穗重、百粒重和单株产量.结果表明,前4个主成分贡献率占了总变异的大部分,因此就前4个主成分得分值对80个杂交组合进行了选择,为玉米组合的选择提供了直接依据.
Principal component analysis (Principal comparient analysis) advocated by Hótlling was used to analyze the F_1 generation of 80 cross combinations among 32 inbred lines of maize.The traits were plant height, ear height, branch number of branches, The number of panicles, the length of spike, the length of spike, the number of rows of spikes, the number of rows per panicle, the spike weight, the weight of 100 kernels and the yield per plant.The results showed that the contribution of the first four principal components accounted for most of the total variance The first four principal component score values of 80 hybrid combinations were selected, providing a direct basis for the selection of corn combinations.
