本文用高压液相色谱法测定了16例癫痫患儿唾液及血浆中的卡马西平(CBZ)浓度,并计算了其药物代谢动力学参数。结果表明唾液中CBZ的消除半衰期及达峰值浓度时间与血浆相似,唾液与血浆的CBZ浓度比值平均为0.32±0.03,个体间该比值有差异,范围为0.26~0.36,但个体内较固定。唾液浓度的变化亦可反映出CBZ的自身诱导作用。
In this paper, the concentrations of carbamazepine (CBZ) in saliva and plasma of 16 children with epilepsy were measured by high pressure liquid chromatography, and their pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated. The results showed that the elimination half-life and the peak time of concentration of CBZ in saliva were similar to those in plasma. The average ratio of saliva to plasma CBZ concentration was 0.32 ± 0.03. There was a significant difference between the two groups in the range of 0.26-0.36. Changes in saliva concentration can also reflect the CBZ self-induction.
