目的：探讨原发性肝癌介入术后中医整体护理的作用。方法对行肝动脉药物灌注栓塞治疗的患者进行中医整体护理，分析优势和不足。结果中医护理组155例患者的食欲减退，睡眠差，抑郁和焦虑，肝功能损害程度明显减轻；发热，疼痛，恶心呕吐等症状出现率较少；出现症状的患者均得到了满意的缓解和控制。结论中医整体护理在介入治疗患者术后的康复中有其独特的优势。“,”Objective To study the effect of primary liver cancer after interventional TCM holistic nursing. Methods: the patients with hepatic artery drug perfusion embolization for TCM holistic nursing, analysis the advantages and disadvantages. Results: Chinese medicine nursing group, 155 cases of patients with loss of appetite, poor sleep, depression and anxiety,significantly reduce liver function damage degree; Symptoms such as fever, pain, nausea and vomiting occurrence rate is less; Symptoms of the patients were satisfied the ease and control. Conclusion: holistic nursing in patients with interventional therapy of traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages in the postoperative rehabilitation.
