前列腺素(PG)广泛存在于机体各种组织细胞,因而与机体各种生理活动密切相关,其临床应用也极为广泛,本文仅就以下几个方面加以阐述。一、心血管系统(一)原发性高血压:①PG 为血管活性剂,其PGA_2与 PGE_2可使血管平滑肌松弛,外周小动脉舒张致使全身血压下降。如果持续静滴,机体血压即持续下降。②PGA_2、PGE_2增加,可使肾血流增加而全身血流量减少。当消炎痛等抑制 PG 合成时,肾血流量明显减少,肾血流自身调节亦被抑制。可见肾血流的维持及血流调节均依赖于 PG 的产生。临床上已考虑试用 PG作为治疗原发性高血压的优良药物。因其给药途径为
