心肌损害是阿霉素的主要副作用。我们分别采用体外心肌细胞培养和在体动物模型,观察门冬氨酸钾镁对阿霉素性心肌损伤的影响。以2~3天龄Wistas大鼠的心肌细胞为原料,取培养三天的心肌细胞19瓶,随机分成阿霉素组(n=10)和门冬氨酸钾镁加阿霉素组(n=9)(门冬氨酸钾镁系上海海普药厂产品,含钾10mg/ml,镁4mg/ml)。经阿霉素1mg/L、40mg/L的无血清含药培养基培养4小时后,用日立A220型双光束紫外分光光度计测定二组培养基中反映心肌细胞损伤程
