据报道已从五加科两歧五加(Acanthopanax divaricatus)叶中分离得到4种3,4-裂-羽扇豆烷型三萜类化合物chiisanoside、chiisanogenin、2,4-羟基chiisanogenin和22α-羟基chiisanogenin,并且用橙皮碱酶水解可从chiisanoside中获得chiisanogenin,提示该植物中可能含有水解chiisanoside糖基中β-D-吡喃葡糖酯键的酶。此外,口服chiisanoside可能不被胃肠道完全吸收。本研究的目的是为了弄清chiisanoside的肠道菌代谢与其生物学作用的关系。
Four species of 3,4-cleft-Lupinane triterpenoids chiisanoside, chiisanogenin, 2,4-hydroxychiisanogenin, and 22α-hydroxychiisanogenin have been reported to have been isolated from the leaves of Acanthopanax divaricatus. And the chiisanogenin can be obtained from chiisanoside by enzymatic hydrolysis with esperidin, suggesting that the plant may contain an enzyme that hydrolyzes the β-D-glucopyranose ester linkage in the chiisanoside glycosyl group. In addition, oral chiisanoside may not be completely absorbed by the gastrointestinal tract. The purpose of this study was to clarify the relationship between chisanoside’s intestinal bacterial metabolism and its biological effects.
