对囊型棘球蚴和泡型棘球蚴的不同组织及犬泡状带绦虫和豆状带绦虫、猪囊尾蚴、细颈囊尾蚴等四种异源绦虫组织共14种抗原进行了SDS—PAGE电泳分析。两种棘球蚴同种组织的主要蛋白质区带的电泳图谱差别不大,不同组织的电泳图谱差别较大。囊液、原头节、囊壁角质层和生发层四种组织都有不同的电泳图谱,蛋白质区带含量差别也较大。各种抗原的蛋白质主带主要分布于14~100kD之间。在66、42、38和28kD处各种抗原都有浓染主带分布。多种抗原共有的蛋白带有95、85、76、66、63、56~57、51~52、46、41~42、37~38、30、28、21、17~19、16kD等15条
