目的探讨载脂蛋白A5基因(APOA5)-1131T/C基因多态性与糖尿病肾病患者同型半胱氨酸和脂蛋白a水平的相关性。方法用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性分析(PCR-RFLP)技术检测40例健康人及45例糖尿病肾病患者APOA5-1131T/C基因型,并统计等位基因频率分布情况;用奥林帕斯2700型全自动生化分析仪检测同型半胱氨酸和脂蛋白a水平。结果糖尿病肾病组APOA5-1131T/C基因频率、等位基因频率与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。糖尿病肾病组C等位基因携带者同型半胱氨酸和脂蛋白a水平显著高于非C等位基因携带者(P<0.05)。结论APOA5-1131T/C基因多态性影响糖尿病肾病患者同型半胱氨酸和脂蛋白a水平,C等位基因与糖尿病肾病同型半胱氨酸和脂蛋白a水平增高有密切关系。
Objective To investigate the association of apolipoprotein A5 gene (APOA5) -1131T / C polymorphism with homocysteine and lipoprotein-a in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods The genotypes of APOA5-1131T / C in 40 healthy individuals and 45 diabetic nephropathy patients were detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) and the distribution of allele frequency was calculated. Olympus 2700 automatic biochemical analyzer to detect homocysteine and lipoprotein a levels. Results There was no significant difference in APOA5-1131T / C gene frequency and allele frequency between the diabetic nephropathy group and the control group (P> 0.05). The levels of homocysteine and lipoprotein a in C allele of diabetic nephropathy group were significantly higher than those in non-C allele (P <0.05). Conclusions APOA5-1131T / C polymorphism affects the levels of homocysteine and lipoprotein a in patients with diabetic nephropathy. The C allele is closely related to the increase of homocysteine and lipoprotein-a levels in diabetic nephropathy.
