前不久,一位“老外经”就招商说了这样一件事,有家韩国企业准备在山东某市投资特殊钢板项目,当地官员陪酒的人来了不少,说话间,韩商问当地的产业配套和产品销售情况,官员们由于对钢铁产业丝毫不了解,倒也诚实地连晃脑袋,最后韩商无奈地到了南方投资。而后来发生的事情更可笑,那家企业所生产的产品恰恰是山东某城市企业需要的产品,无奈之下,这家企业再千里迢迢跑到南方高成本采购。这个案例说明,外商投资越来越注重对一个国家、地区、一个城市综合环境的考察,跨国公司更是如此。而我们缺的恰恰就是这种与国际接执的评价标准和体系,以至有时候我们的招商不仅表现的茫然甚至盲目,可悲的是,有些项目流失还不知所以然。现在对事物的评价多是停留在表面,许多方面的标准和体系的缺失,让我们往往无法判断正确与否,甚至在前行中产生困惑以至迷失方向。有时人们往往无奈地问自己,这样时吗,那样正确吗?人之所以智慧,在于高级思维,在于有评价和判断。发展证明,人类对事物价值高低评价的认识的过
