普通高校作为一种综合性办学实体,有效地扩大了高等艺术教育资源,已成为高等艺术教育快速发展的主要成长点。艺术表演人才的培养,能否在社会文化快速发展、激烈的高校艺术教育竞争中站稳脚跟,关键在于能否以地方文化经济发展为契机,根据学院自身办学性质准确地定位,创新人才培养模式,满足社会多样化、多层次、多方位的需要。文章提出,高校在应用相关学科的技术和成果方面进行改革与创新,形成多元化艺术人才培养体系,是适应社会经济快速发展的重要途径。
