“九·一三”事件1971年9月12日晚,”我从北京军区赶到人民大会堂,参加周总理主持的一个小型会议,讨论四届人大的《政府工作报告》。会议进行到晚上10点多钟,突然,工作人员把周总理请出去了。讨论停了下来,直到午夜12点过后,周总理把我叫到电话间。他对我说,林彪要乘飞机跑了,要我立即赶到空军指挥室,代替他坐镇指挥。我听到这一消息,深为震惊,立即快步离开大会堂,乘车向空军大院驶去。
