2010年国家药典委员会正式颁布了《中国药典》(2010年版),其中一部收载药材和饮片、植物油脂和提取物、成方制剂和单味制剂等。为有效控制中药材质量,《中国药典》不仅提供中药材拉丁名,还提供了基原植物的学名(scientific name)。该文简述了国际植物命名法规有关植物学名命名人的缩写规则。作者根据《中国植物志》、《Flora of China》以及国际权威植物名录数据库进行比较,统计分析了2010年版《中国药典》一部收录的基原植物学名的命名人引证不规范现象,并提出修正建议,旨在引起中药研究者的重视,维护药典的权威性和规范性。
In 2010, the State Pharmacopoeia Commission officially promulgated the “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” (2010 edition), one of which contains medicinal herbs and cutlets, vegetable oils and extracts, prescriptions and single-flavor preparations. In order to effectively control the quality of Chinese herbal medicines, “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” not only provides the Latin name of Chinese herbal medicines, but also provides the scientific name of the original plant. This article outlines the abbreviation rules of the International Botanical Nomenclature on botany names celebrities. Based on the comparison of “Flora of China” and “Flora of China” and the database of international authoritative plants, the author statistically analyzed the non-standard citation of nominees of botanical names contained in the 2010 edition of “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” and proposed amendments Proposed to arouse the attention of Chinese medicine researchers to maintain the authority and normative nature of Pharmacopoeia.
