目的:建立陈术口服液的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别方中的陈皮、白术、薏苡仁3味药,高效液相色谱法测定方中橙皮苷的含量,采用Discovery?HS C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.05%三氟乙酸(20∶80),检测波长为280 nm。结果:薄层色谱法可鉴别出陈皮、白术和薏苡仁,斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性无干扰;橙皮苷在0.0431~0.4310μg范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数r=0.9999,平均回收率为101.38%,RSD=1.08%。结论:本方法操作简单、专属性强、重复性好、结果准确可靠,可用于陈术口服液的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Chen Shu Oral Liquid. Methods: The contents of hesperidin in Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Radix Aconitum and Coix Seed were identified by thin-layer chromatography. The content of hesperidin in Radix et Rhizoma Rhei was determined by HPLC. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.05% Trifluoroacetic acid (20:80) at a detection wavelength of 280 nm. Results: TLC, Atractylodes macrocephala and Coix seed were identified with clear spots, good resolution and negative without interference. Hesperidin showed a good linearity in the range of 0.0431 ~ 0.4310 μg with a correlation coefficient of 0.9999 The rate was 101.38% with RSD = 1.08%. Conclusion: The method is simple, specific, reproducible, accurate and reliable, and can be used for quality control of oral liquid.
