1999年元月11日在京召开了中国煤炭学业会四届八次常务理事扩大会议。会议由范维唐理事长主持,出席会议的常务理事等共28人。会议主要任务是:学习贯彻《社会团体登记管理条例》及有关社团整顿、章程修改等文件精神;审议1998年工作总结和1999年工作安排;审定以下事项:(1)关于成立煤层气专业委员会的专家建设;(2)第二届规划设计专业委员会委员推荐名单;(3)新集能源公司等四个单位加入团体会员人会申请;(4)萧汝喜除名的决定。
On the 11th of January 1999, an executive meeting of the Standing Committee of the Fourth Session of the Chinese Coal Society was held in Beijing. The meeting was chaired by Director Fan Weitang and there were 28 executive members who attended the meeting. The main tasks of the conference are: to study and implement the Regulations on the Registration of Social Organizations, and the spirit of the documents relating to the reorganization of societies and amendments to the statutes; to review the 1998 work summary and work arrangements for 1999; to review the following items: (1) The establishment of a coal seam gas professional committee Expert construction; (2) Recommended list of members of the Second Planning and Design Professional Committee; (3) Four units of Xinji Energy Co., Ltd. will join the group membership application; (4) Xiao Yuxi’s decision on delisting.
