教育均衡化发展问题是当今学生、家长、社会关注的热点问题。研究表明:它是实现学生美术学习“最优发展”的新途径,是寻求美术教师个性化专业成长的新举措,是提升美术课堂教学质量的新模式。另外,在很大程度上缓解了学生受教育权利与班级教学配置之间出现的矛盾,从而尽可能地实现教育均衡、公平。
The balanced development of education is now a hot issue for students, parents and the community. The research shows that it is a new way to achieve the “optimal development” of fine arts learning and the new measure of seeking individualized professional growth of fine arts teachers. It is also a new mode to enhance the quality of fine arts teaching. In addition, to a great extent, the contradiction between the right to education and the allocation of class teaching has been alleviated so as to achieve a balanced and fair education.
