目的观察中药赞育延生饮对生精障碍大鼠的治疗作用。方法选用SD大鼠,灌胃腺嘌呤造成肾阳虚生精障碍模型。造模后,中药组大鼠每曰给予中药赞育延生饮(zanyuyanshengyin,ZYYSY)5.4g/kg体重,西药纽给予克罗米芬13.5mg/kg体重,模型组不予任何治疗,连续1个月。用酶联免疫法测血清睾酮值,用TUNEL法测生精细胞凋亡率,用免疫组织化学法研究生精细胞的增殖率和Bcl-2、Bax表达率。结果中药治疗组大鼠血睾酮水平明显升高(239.463±24.8),精子数量增多(18.83±6.07),生精细胞增殖率上升(39.15±3.70),凋亡率下降(3.04±0.32),与模型组各相应检测值(8.784±2.05,9.75±4.03,20.63±4.98,7.12±0.30)相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中药赞育延生饮治疗大鼠生精功能障碍有效。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Zanyu Yansheng Yin on rats with spermatogenic dysfunction. Methods SD rats were used and the model of kidney-yang deficiency spermatogenesis disorder was induced by intragastric administration of adenine. After modeling, rats in traditional Chinese medicine group were given zanyuyanshengyin (ZYYSY) 5.4g/kg body weight and western medicine neonatal dose of clomiphene 13.5mg/kg body weight. The model group received no treatment. month. Serum testosterone levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Apoptotic rate of spermatogenic cells was measured by TUNEL method. The proliferation rate and Bcl-2 and Bax expression rates of post-graduate sperm cells were determined by immunohistochemical method. Results The serum testosterone level in Chinese medicine treatment group was significantly increased (239.463±24.8), the number of spermatozoa was increased (18.83±6.07), and the proliferation rate of spermatogenic cells was increased (39.15±3.70). The apoptotic rate decreased (3.04±0.32), corresponding to the corresponding values in the model group (8.784±2.05, 9.75±4.03, 20.63±4.98, 7.12±0. .30) There was a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Zan Yu Yan Sheng Yin is effective in treating spermatogenic dysfunction in rats.
