目的 探讨不同自动研磨条件对纯钛铸件表面研磨效果的影响。方法 分别使用4 种形态的磨粒,在转速分别为250rpm 、450rpm 、和650rpm 条件下, 对10 m m ×10m m ×1 .4 m m 纯钛铸件分别自动研磨10min 、30min 、60 min 和90 min , 使用电子天平和表面粗糙度测定仪分别测定各组试件研磨前后的重量和表面粗糙度( Ra值) , 并计算出研磨减重率( Wt% ) 。结果 随着自动研磨机的转速增高、研磨时间延长, 钛铸件的研磨量增大, Ra 值随之下降。有较锐边角的磨粒研磨效率高, 适用于粗研磨; 不定形磨粒研磨效率稍差, 但表面粗糙度改善效果好, 可用于中研磨; 而球形磨粒适用于最后抛光。自动研磨后纯钛铸件 Ra 值可降至0 .3155μm 。结论 自动研磨机可用于纯钛义齿铸件的研磨、抛光。
Objective To investigate the effect of different automatic grinding conditions on the surface grinding effect of pure titanium castings. Methods Four kinds of abrasive grains were used respectively, and 10 m m × 10 m m × 1 at 250 rpm, 450 rpm and 650 rpm respectively. 4 m m pure titanium castings were ground for 10 min, 30 min, 60 min and 90 min respectively. The weights and surface roughness (Ra values) of the specimens before and after grinding were measured by using an electronic balance and a surface roughness tester, respectively, Grinding weight loss rate ( Wt%). Results With the increase of the speed of the automatic grinding machine, the milling time is prolonged, the grinding amount of the titanium casting is increased, and the Ra value is decreased accordingly. Abrasives with sharp corners have high lapping efficiency and are suitable for rough lapping. Abrasive lap lapping efficiency is somewhat inferior, but the effect of improving the surface roughness is good and can be used for lapping. The lapping abrasive is suitable for final polishing. After the automatic grinding of pure titanium castings Ra value can be reduced to 0. 3155 μm. Conclusion Automatic grinding machine can be used for grinding and polishing titanium denture castings.
