瑜伽运动提倡身心合一、回归自然、回归人性本质,对于人类的健康具有积极的推动作用。高校女生因其生理、心理的独特性,对运动量大、对抗性强的体育运动往往缺乏兴趣,而瑜伽轻缓优美的动作、健体塑身的功效,容易赢得高校女生的青睐,对高校女生身心健康有积极的促进作用。因此,高校应重视对瑜伽课程的建设,在女生中大力推行此项运动,以提升女大学生的身心素质。
