股权投资基金在拓宽企业融资渠道、推动技术创新、促进经济结构转型等方面具有重要作用,近年来在我国取得快速发展。由于处于发展初期,在基金的募集、投资、管理、退出阶段仍面临诸多问题:法规政策不完善、合格投资者受限、缺乏优秀基金管理人、退出渠道狭窄等,需要从上述各方面加以完善,以促进我国股权投资基金发展。
