经过一段时间的试运行,广西壮族自治区南宁市城建档案自助查询系统顺利通过验收,日前正式投入使用。据了解,该系统实用性强,且操作简单易懂。市民只需用手指轻点系统屏幕,便能快速查阅馆藏50多万卷档案电子目录及扫描图件。通过系统发送的有关链接打印设备请求,即可快速完成档案打印工作,无需进行繁琐的人工登记、查询、调阅、复印等程序,大大提高了档案查询效率。
