五氟利多(Penfluridol)引起动眼危象(oculo-gyric crisis),我院遇到一例,报告如下。患者女,37岁,工人。因双眼向上凝视3小时,于1984年9月9日下午6时来门诊就医。患者于5年前患精神分裂症经住院治愈已恢复工作,仍间断服用抗精神病药物。1984年9月8日上午8时首次口服五氟利多40mg,9月9日下午3时开始不自主两眼向上凝视。血压116/76mmHg,神志清醒,言语流利,对答准确。两眼呈持续性向上凝视,面肌无异常,颈部活动自如,胸、腹部检查正常,
Penfluridol causes oculo-gyric crisis, our hospital encountered a case, the report is as follows. Female patient, 37 years old, worker. Staring at both eyes for 3 hours, on September 9, 1984 at 6 pm for medical treatment.
