第二次世界大战极大地破坏了日本经济。可是,到1955年,日本经济就已恢复到战前水平。此后,日本在资本主义世界中的地位迅速上升,成为仅次于美国的第二经济大国。战后日本经济的复兴并不是偶然的,而是有着深刻的国际、国内原因的。其中美国的远东政策,是日本经济迅速恢复的一个重要外部条件。因为有了这个外部因素,其他诸如日本人的经济发展战略、良好的国民教育水平、科学技术水平、适当的经济发展战略、稳定的政局、和平的国际环境等因素才能充分发挥作用。
The Second World War greatly damaged the Japanese economy. However, by 1955, the Japanese economy had regained its pre-war level. Since then, Japan’s position in the capitalist world has rapidly risen to become the second largest economic power after the United States. The rejuvenation of Japan’s post-war economy was not accidental, but had profound international and domestic causes. The Far East policy of the United States among them is an important external condition for Japan’s rapid economic recovery. Because of this external factor, other factors such as the economic development strategy of Japan, good national education, science and technology, appropriate economic development strategy, stable political situation and peaceful international environment can all play its role.
