农业推广中的农民学习能力的大小主要与系统发育和生活环境两个因素有关．针对农民学习类型，提出农业规划技术的推广方法模式。
The size of farmer learning ability in agricultural extension is mainly related to two factors of phylogeny and living environment. Aiming at the type of farmer study, this paper puts forward the promotion method mode of agricultural planning technology.
