随着市场经济体制的不断完善,尤其是信息社会的到来,现代集团企业的财务管理也面临着新的挑战。主要表现为竞争中的财务风险不断加大,许多企业因为没有及时有效地解决财务危机而倒闭了。财务管理对科技企业的发展起了越来越重要的作用。因此有必要针对IT环境下的现代集团企业财务管理做一个清醒的分析,本文结合科技型企业在IT环境下财务管理的形势,研究企业财务管理问题,借鉴中西方有关企业财务风险的研究,提出相关建议。
