目的加强医院眼科门诊医院感染管理,以便将眼科纳入医院感染管理体系。方法找出医院眼科门诊医院感染危险因素,以便采取相应管理措施。结果医院对眼科门诊医院感染没有引起重视,忽视对眼科门诊空气管理,眼科医疗器械消毒与灭菌质量以及眼科医务人员手卫生水平等因素,都是构成眼科门诊医院感染的危险因素。结论眼科门诊必须纳入到医院感染体系,加强对眼科门诊环境管理和消毒隔离措施,可有效控制眼科门诊医院感染的发生。
Objective To strengthen hospital ophthalmology outpatient infection management in order to incorporate ophthalmology into hospital infection management system. Methods to identify the hospital eye clinic risk factors for hospital infection in order to take appropriate management measures. Results The hospital did not pay much attention to the ophthalmology outpatient infection, neglecting the air management of ophthalmology clinic, the quality of disinfection and sterilization of ophthalmic medical equipment and the level of hand hygiene of ophthalmic medical staff, all of which are the risk factors of nosocomial hospital infection. Conclusion The ophthalmology clinic must be integrated into the hospital infection system, strengthen the environmental management and disinfection and isolation measures for ophthalmology clinics, and effectively control the occurrence of nosocomial nosocomial infections.
