我们将湿润烧伤膏涂于内外痔手术创面,预防创面感染,促进新鲜组织生成及创面愈合,与传统的单纯新洁尔灭清洁换药方法相比,缩短创面的愈合时间,且瘢痕弹性好,肛门变形轻。通过60例病人观察对比,效果显著。1临床资料 所用湿润烧伤膏为山东省长清制药厂生产。外痔剥离创面压迫止血,内痔结扎脱线,创面暴露,常规排解大便自然扩肛。便后用温花椒水清洗肛门,住院病人新洁尔灭消毒肛门,肛管,湿润烧伤膏涂于油纱布上置于肛管内痔创面,外痔创面同样涂以湿润烧伤膏。非住院治疗的外痔手术后病人,大便后用温花椒水清洗肛门,即可外涂湿润烧伤膏,定时医院复诊,直至医师确诊创面愈合老化。
