社会主义经营管理与资本主义不同,它的生产进行方式最节约,这是由社会主义经济制度的性质所决定的。生产资料公有制,社会主义生产劳动者直接为自己也为社会而进行公共劳动,劳动的普遍性和国民经济的有计划发展乃是社会主义经济制度的基础。社会主义的所有这些优越性决定了它的内在特征,就是实行节约制度,它为最充分地利用一切生产资源——劳动、固同定基金、原材料提供最大的可能性。
Unlike socialist capitalism, socialist management and management are the most economical way to carry out their production. This is determined by the nature of the socialist economic system. The public ownership of the means of production, the productive labor of the socialist forces, and the public labor directly for themselves and for society, and the universality of labor and the planned development of the national economy are the foundations of the socialist economic system. All of these superiorities of socialism determine its intrinsic characteristics. They impose a system of saving power, which provides the greatest possibility of making the most full use of all productive resources - labor, solidarity funds and raw materials.
