加强基层组织建设,是民进自身建设的基础。制度建设,是推进基层组织建设过程中的重要环节。在民进辽宁省委会的领导下,在中共大连市委统战部的指导下,民进大连市委会注重推进基层组织建设,特别是重视加强制度建设,结合实际,在实践中进行了积极的探索。以下是我们的工作情况和粗浅体会。
Strengthening the building of grassroots organizations is the foundation for the self-construction of the people for development. System construction is an important link in promoting the process of building grassroots organizations. Under the guidance of the People’s Democratic Progressive Party Committee of Liaoning Province and under the guidance of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Dalian Municipal Committee, the Dalian Municipal Commission for Democracy and People’s Livelihood has placed great emphasis on advancing the construction of grassroots organizations, with particular emphasis on strengthening institutional construction, and in practice, conducted active exploration . The following is our work and superficial experience.
