The issue of human habitation in the weapon system is increasingly important. Until the 1980s, the Soviets had only formulated some requirements and standards on the habitability of weapon systems. At present, there are 12 requirements of Ministry of National Defense medical technology, 28 standard technical documents and 48 national standards. Although the requirements and requirements of a lot, but the Soviet Army fighting vehicle habitability is still very prominent. The main factors affecting the livability are: (1) Three defensive equipment requires a small closed environment, poor microclimate, driver’s driving speed will be reduced by 19%, the completion of the firing mission extended by 35%, the error rate increased by 40%; in confined conditions Expand the offensive war, each additional day, the combat effectiveness of troops to reduce 7 to 10%. (2) the body becomes smaller, the instrument in the car increases, the space for passenger activities is limited. Occupation of several generations of Soviet tanks occupy a smaller space occupancy, now tank captain, shooter and manipulator, for example, T-54-type three were occupied space of 0.828m ~ 3,
