新媒体强势崛起,传媒行业发展呈现新的态势,传统媒体与新媒体的融合发展成为必然。技术的进步让媒体融合发展势在必行,2014年开始已上升为国家战略,市场因素也是助推融合发展的重要因素。目前中央级媒体和一些省市的媒体集团已经行进在融合发展的道路上,不过从整体看部分媒体单位的融合仅实现了内部组织结构、业务流程、终端的整合,还处于“合”而未“融”的阶段。传统媒体对融合发展的认识、战略规划、技术支撑方面还有待提高,尚需在内容、渠道、平台、经营、管理等方面实现“深度融合”。
